Nintendo Coffee Table Booklet
For this project, I was challenged to design a full typography book using only type and simple geometric shapes, with no photography or illustration permitted. This coffee table book celebrates the legacy of Nintendo's iconic handheld console, the Nintendo 3DS. The publication guides readers through the system's history, highlighting its evolution, launch, memorable game library, and a collection of engaging facts and insights. Designed with bold visuals and nostalgic appeal, the book combines informative content with an immersive reading experience that honors one of Nintendo's most beloved gaming platforms. Working within a type-only brief pushed me to think more critically about composition, hierarchy, and visual impact, letting typography do all the heavy lifting.
